We provide a money-back guarantee for 30 days on our services. Within 30 days of your purchase, you can ask for a complete refund if you're not happy with our services.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• You have to give a good rationale for the refund request along with any supporting records or proof.

3. Refund Process

After reviewing your request, we will get back to you in 5 business days to let you know if your refund was approved or denied.

3.2 Approval of Refund: We will start the process of returning money to your original payment method if your refund request is granted. It will depend on the policies of your card issuer how long it takes for you to obtain the credit.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Services that have been supplied and finished completely.
• Any service for which you have accepted and finished a sizable amount of the task.
• Extra costs for services that have already been completed or for accelerated services.

5. Partial Refunds

For services that have been partially finished, we may, under some circumstances, offer partial refunds. The entire cost of the service and the quantity of work accomplished will be taken into consideration when calculating the partial refund amount.
